To students who have taken medical-checkup on October

This is student affairs section of School/Graduate School of Informatics.
Please come to our office to take the result of the medical-checkup.
(Office Hours 08:30~17:00)
Please bring your student ID.

This medical-checkup is for 2019(October2019~March2020)
Please hold on to your results of this medical-checkup until March.
You are required to take the regular medical-checkup next April.

You need to take the medical-checkup every year,
so please take the health check next April also,
otherwise you cannot get health certificate during next academic year.

Regarding the schedule, please check our HP beforehand.
