大学院新入生各位
学修計画届の提出はWEB登録で行ってください。
登録にあたっては、主指導教員に相談の上、以下の
ＵＲLからすべての項目を入力し、期間中に登録してください。
学修計画届の登録方法は，添付ファイルを参照してください。

入力期間：４月１０日（月）～４月１７日（月）（期限厳守）
登録が完了すると，登録完了メールがあなたのEmailアドレスに届きます。
ただし，登録完了メールを受け取っていても，指導教員があなたの
学修計画届を差し戻した場合には，あなたのEmailアドレス
あてに通知がされ，修正の上再提出する必要がありますので，
メールは定期的に確認してください。
[注意事項]
・申請は一回のみ行ってください。
・主指導教員と相談の上、副指導教員（１名以上、複数可）を決めてください。
主指導教員は自専攻所属の教授、准教授，講師，または本研究科担当
として承認され，学生の所属する専攻を担当する講師以上の他部局の教員とします。
・副指導教員は，本研究科の教員または本研究科担当として承認され，
学生の所属する専攻を担当する他部局の教員等とします。

When registering, please consult with your academic advisor, enter all the items from the URL below, and register by the due date.
Please refer to the attached file for how to register the Study Plan.

Submission Period: From April 10 to April 17(punctuality)
Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email to your email address. However, even if you have received the registration completion e-mail, if your academic advisor returns your study plan, you will be notified to your e-mail address and you will be required to revise and resubmit your study plan.
Please check your e-mail regularly.
