2022年3月に卒業/修了し、2022年4月から就職することを予定している方は、
就労資格への在留資格変更許可申請手続きを、2021年12月1日(水)から行うことができます。
ただし、在留期限が2022年2月28日までの方は、先に在留期間更新許可申請を行う必要があります。

審査の結果は、許可の場合は2月下旬、不許可の場合は随時ハガキで通知します。
入管に行くときは、ハガキに書いてあるものを持っていってください。念のため、卒業見込み証明書も持参してください。

Dear International students who are planning to start working in April 2022,

Nagoya Immigration Bureau would like to inform you that international students who will graduate in March 2022 and plan to start working in April 2022 can apply for a change of status from Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Those whose period of stay expires on or before February 28, 2022 must first apply for an extension of period of stay.

The results of the examination will be notified by postcard in late February in case of approval, or at any time in the case of rejection. When going to the Immigration office, please bring what is written on the postcard (and certificate of expected graduation, just in case) with you.
