2021年度 第2回学生特殊健康診断（放射線従事者）の実施についてお知らせします。
Special medical examination for students who use radioisotopes or radiation in 2020 fiscal year
１. 対象者 放射線等に従事する学生、大学院生及び研究生
（１）2021年8月～10月に初めて放射線従事者となる者
（２）継続従事者であるが所属部局の放射線取扱主任者より受診の指示があった者

in Aug ~ Oct 2021
（２） Specified students
２. 健診日程 ・2021年6月29日（火）、30日（水）13：30～15：30
Date : Jun 29 (Tue) , 30 (Wed)13:30 ~ 15:30
３. 注意事項 ① 予約制。（名古屋大学の全学メールが必要）

② 学生証、及び問診票を必ず持参。(問診票は教務学生係でお渡しします)
③ 今回の学生特殊健康診断を受診するには、定期健康診断を受診していることが必要。WEB登録後、ダウンロードしたものを持参。

５. 健診項目 皮膚検査
眼の検査（白内障）
血液検査（赤・白血球数、血色素量又はヘマトクリット値、白血球百分率）
Items to examine : Blood test (counts of red and white blood cells, hemoglobin content or hematocrit, differential leukocyte count)
Skin examination
Eye examination (cataract)
