2020年度後期授業料免除申請について
Regarding applications for 2020 tuition fee exemption in Fall Semester of 2020
申請希望者は，下記により手続きをしてください。If you wish to apply, please follow the procedure below.

１．申請資格 Application requirements
① 学部の日本人等（日本国籍者、(法定特別)永住者、日本人(永住者)の配偶者等、定住者）のうち、
以下の(1)及び(2)の両方を満たす者
(1) 次のうち、いずれかに該当する者
A．日本学生支援機構給付奨学金採用者（「認定継続申請書」の提出が必要です。）
B．日本学生支援機構給付奨学金在学採用申込予定者（「認定申請書」の提出が必要です。）
C．日本学生支援機構給付奨学金申請資格のない者（入学時期の基準、資産要件等を満たさない者）
(2) 学業成績優秀で，かつ，経済的な理由・風水害等の災害により，授業料の納入が困難な者等
② 大学院生・私費外国人留学生（在留資格が「留学」の者に限る）のうち、学業成績優秀で，かつ，経済的な
理由・風水害等の災害により，授業料の納入が困難な者等
For Graduate Students and International Students, they have an excellent academic
record, and he or she must be in a situation that makes it difficult to make tuition fee
payments due to economic reasons, effects of natural disasters, etc.
２．申請要領配付方法 Distribution method of "Guide of Tuition Fee Exemption Application"

３．申請書類等の受付期間 Period for submission of application forms
① 提出締切日 ２０２０年９月１７日（木）午後4時 必着
Submission Deadline: Thursday, September 17, 2020 4:00 pm must arrive
② 提出方法 簡易書留、特定記録等の配達記録の残る形式で郵送してください。
Please be sure to submit by registered mail.

※ 締切日までに郵送してください。締切後は申請書類の受理はしませんので，注意してください。
Please mail by the deadline. Please note that application documents will not be accepted after the deadline.
４．その他 Other
① 特別な理由（合宿，病気等）により，上記期間に申請を行うことが困難な場合は，前もって下記の問合わせ先までご連絡ください。
If it is difficult for you to apply during the above-mentioned period due to exceptional circumstances (training camp, illness, etc.), please contact us in advance.
② 前・後期同時申請を行った者は、今回の申請は必要ありません。
ただし、2020年4月以降に、住所変更をした者、家族構成や経済状況に変更があった者は、変更部分について改めて申請が必要になりますので、注意してください。変更点については、事前に教務学生係に相談してください。
This application is not required for those who applied for the first and second semesters in April.
However, please be aware that if you change your address or change your family structure or financial situation after April 2020, you will need to reapply for the changes. Please consult the Student Affairs Section in advance regarding any changes.
