名古屋大学学生交流課では、この度、2025年度に入学した留学生の皆さんに向けて、ウェルカムパーティーを開催します！
当日は、軽食やソフトドリンクの他、学生団体によるパフォーマンスもあります。

【参加対象】2025年度に名古屋大学にはじめて入学した留学生
・春入学、秋入学どちらの学生も参加できます。
・非正規生も対象です。
・名古屋大学で内部進学した学生については対象外とさせていただきます。
※Microsoft Formsから予約完了後、10月23日までに確認メールを大学メール（名古屋大学（THERS）メールアドレス）に送ります。大学メール（Nagoya University (THERS) Email address）を必ず受信できるようにしておいてください。当日受付は確認メールを提示できるようにしておいてください。

We will hold the welcome party for new international students enrolling Nagoya University in AY2025.
You can enjoy buffet and soft drink, and also performances by student groups.

[Target participants] New international students who became a member of Nagoya University in AY2025 (both enrolled in spring and fall) including Non-Degree-seeking student. We kindly ask for your understanding that those who had advanced from another academic course at NU such as from master's to doctoral program are excluded.
* A confirmation email will be sent to your university email address (Nagoya University (THERS) email address) by October 23nd. Please make sure you have access to Nagoya University (THERS) email addresses and present the invitation email at the reception on the day of the event.*If you have any symptoms such as fever or feeling unwell on the day of the event, please refrain from attending.
