卒業・修了等により大学を離れる留学生のみなさんへ



留学生が卒業・修了または退学等により名古屋大学を離れた場合は、出入国在留管理局へ「所属（活動）機関に関する届出」を行う必要があります。詳細は添付の案内をご覧ください。

※卒業・修了後14日以内に再入国許可を受けずに出国する場合は、届出の必要はありません。

To International Students leaving Nagoya University,



When you leave Nagoya University, you are required to notify the Immigration Services Agency. If this applies to you, please submit a “Notification of the Accepting Organization” within 14 days of your graduation, program completion or withdrawal. Please see the attached document for details.

*If you leave Japan without re-entry permission within 14 days of graduation/withdrawal, no report is needed.
