放射線等に従事する学生、大学院生及び研究生
　2026年5月～6月に初めて放射線を取り扱う者
　必ず定期健康診断を受診してください
　Students who will use RI or radiation for the first time in May~ June 2026
　A newly registered Radiation Worker is required to have an annual medical

① 予約制（名古屋大学の全学メールが必要）

② 学生証、及び問診票を必ず持参。(問診票は教務学生係でお渡しします)
