当日は、軽食やソフトドリンクの他、学生団体によるパフォーマンスもあります。

※Microsoft Formsから申込み完了後、2026年11月6日（金）までに名古屋大学 機構メールアドレス（@s.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp）へ招待確定メールを送信します。当日は招待確定メールを提示してください。大学メールを必ず受信できるようにしておいてください。
※イベント当日に発熱・体調不良等の症状がある方は来場をお控えください。
Welcome Party for New International Students (AY2026)
The Student Exchange Division of Nagoya University is pleased to invite international students who newly enrolled in AY2026 to our Welcome Party!
At the party, light meals and soft drinks will be provided, and student organizations will give special performances. We hope many of you will join us and enjoy this opportunity to meet fellow students.

Eligibility:
International students who enrolled at Nagoya University for the first time in AY2026
Both Spring and Fall semester entrants are eligible.
Non-degree students are also eligible.
Students who advanced internally within Nagoya University are not eligible to participate.
Important Notes:
After completing the registration through Microsoft Forms, a confirmation email will be sent to your Nagoya University email address (@s.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp) by Friday, November 6, 2026. Please present this confirmation email at the reception desk on the day of the event. Make sure that you can receive emails sent to your university email account.
If you have a fever or are feeling unwell on the day of the event, please refrain from attending.
