　・放射線等に従事する学生、大学院生及び研究生
　・2026年12月～2027年4月に初めて放射線を取り扱う者
　・学生定期健康診断を受診した者
　• Students, graduate students, and research students engaged in work involving radiation.
　• Individuals who will begin handling radiation for the first time between December 2026 and April 2027.

① 予約制（名古屋大学の全学メールが必要）
保健管理室ＨＰ 予約期間11月9日10：00～24日12：00　
② 学生証、及び問診票を必ず持参。(問診票は教務学生係でお渡しします)

Nagoya University ID is required to make a reservation.

② Student ID card and Health check sheet with oral interviews.
