定期健康診断は学生の健康保持・増進等を目的として学校保健安全法に基づき実施し
全学生が受診する必要があります。
Health checkups are conducted in accordance with the School Health and Safety Law for the purpose of
maintaining and improving the health of students, and all students are required to undergo the checkups.

学生健康診断は年1回実施です。
未受診の場合、インターンシップや就職活動、奨学金応募で健康診断書提出が必要になった際
大学からの健康診断書発行はできません。自費で外部機関受診してください。
健康診断書は1年間有効です。（2026年4月健康診断結果は2027年3月まで）
The student health checkup is conducted once in the spring.
The university cannot issue health certificates for students who have not undergone a student health checkup.
You will need to visit an external medical institution at your own expense.
The health certificate is valid for one year.

採尿容器は4月10日から教務学生係でお渡しします。情報学部生、情報学研究科生以外には渡せません
You may pick up the urine sample container at Student Affairs Section of Graduate School of Informatics from April 10th .
