就労資格への在留資格変更について／Change of Residence Status (Working Status)



2026年4月に就職を予定している留学生のみなさんへ



名古屋出入国在留管理局からのお知らせです。2026年3月に卒業/修了し、
2026年4月から就職することを予定している方は、就労資格への在留資格変更許可申請手続きを、
025年12月1日(月)から行うことができます。ただし、
現在の在留期限が2026年1月31日までの方は、先に在留期間更新許可申請を行う必要があります。

審査の結果は、ハガキで通知が届きます。入管に行くときは、ハガキに書いてあるものを持っていってください。



To International students who are planning to start working in April 2026,



Nagoya Immigration Bureau has announced that international students who will graduate in March 2026 and plan to start working in April 2026 can apply for a change of status from Monday, December 1, 2025. Those whose period of stay expires on or before January 31, 2026 must first apply for an extension of period of stay.



You will receive the result by post. When going to the Immigration office, please bring what is written on the postcard with you.
