大学院新入生各位

学修計画届の提出はWEB登録で行ってください。
登録にあたっては、主指導教員に相談の上、以下の
ＵＲLからすべての項目を入力し、期間中に登録してください。
学修計画届の登録方法は，添付ファイルを参照してください。

入力期間：４月９日（水）～４月１６日（水）（期限厳守）

登録が完了すると，登録完了メールがあなたのEmailアドレスに届きます。
ただし，登録完了メールを受け取っていても，指導教員があなたの
学修計画届を差し戻した場合には，あなたのEmailアドレス
あてに通知がされ，修正の上再提出する必要がありますので，
メールは定期的に確認してください。

[注意事項]
・申請は一回のみ行ってください。
・主指導教員と相談の上、副指導教員（１名以上、複数可）を決めてください。
　
主指導教員は自専攻所属の教授、准教授，講師，または本研究科担当
として承認され，学生の所属する専攻を担当する講師以上の他部局の教員とします。
・副指導教員は，本研究科の教員または本研究科担当として承認され，
学生の所属する専攻を担当する他部局の教員等とします。

When registering, please consult with your academicadvisor, enter all the items from the URL below, andregister by the due date.

Submission Period: From April 9 to April 16(punctuality)

Once your registration is complete, you will receivean email to your email address. However, even if youhave received the registration completion e-mail, ifyour academic advisor returns your study plan, youwill be notifi ed to your e-mail address and you will berequired to revise and resubmit your study plan.
