授業中、キャンパス内、通学・帰宅途中の事故やケガの場合

まず、事故にあった旨、すぐに保険会社へ一報を入れてください。
◆通学途中の事故、人のものを壊してしまったり、相手にケガをさせてしまった場合
　0120-868-066　にすぐ電話連絡
・自分の氏名、年齢、在籍する学校名
・被害者の氏名、年齢
・事故の発生日、時刻
・事故の原因
・事故の発生場所
・被害（傷害、損壊等）の程度

In the case of an accident covered under this insurance, you shall without delay contact the school insurance
desk of Tokio Marine & Nichido at 0120-868-066 and report the following details:
・Your name, age, and school enrolled at
・Injured party’s name and age
・Time and date of accident
・Place of accident
・Extent of damages (injury or damage)
・Cause of accident

◆自分がケガをした場合
学研災LINE（別紙）登録
保険金請求については
治療がすべて終了した後LINEで登録、請求してください。

Please register via LINE and file a claim.
