なお，三菱UFJ銀行の支店窓口では、留学生の口座開設手続きを受け付けていません。名古屋大学内で開催される銀行口座開設で口座が作れなかった方は，ゆうちょ銀行の“ゆうちょダイレクト＋（プラス）“等を利用して口座開設を行ってください。

Please note that Bank of Mitsubishi UFJ branch counters do not accept procedures for opening accounts for international students.
If you are unable to open a bank account at the bank account opening event held at Nagoya University, please use "Yucho Direct + (Plus)" of Japan Post Bank, etc. to open an account.

新規渡日の外国人留学生のみなさんへ
三菱UFJ銀行の口座開設を学内にて開催します。参加できるのは、以下のいずれ かに該当する新入外国人留学生です。（先着30名）
1）奨学金の受給が決定しており、奨学金を受給するために銀行口座が必要な方 （ゆうちょ銀行で奨学金の受取りが可能な方は除く）
2）TA、RAとして本学に雇用される予定の方
【注意】
※1 学内で口座開設手続きをすると、紙の通帳が発行され、年間550円の利用手 数料がかかります。
※2 口座開設（通帳の受け取り）までに約１カ月かかります。
※3 銀行口座は三菱UFJ銀行以外でも作ることができます。ゆうちょ銀行では、 ２週間程度でオンラインで口座開設ができます。（外国語対応可、手数料無料）

MUFG Bank is holding a session for opening a bank account on Higashiyama campus. Those who can join the session are as follows. (Up to 30 students)
1) Those who have won scholarships and need bank accounts to receive their stipends (except those who can receive their stipends in Japan Post Bank).
2) Those who will be employed by Nagoya University as TAs or RAs.
【Notice】
※1 Your bankbook will be issued and the annual fee of 550yen will be charged every February.
※2 It will take around 1 month to open your account (to receive your bankbook).
※3 You can open a bank account at any other banks. Japan Post Bank offers internet banking service called "Japan Post Bank Direct +" which is free of charge to keep your account and your bank book will not be issued. (English is available.) It will take around 2 weeks to start to use your account.
