If you require a certificate of enrollment in the Personal Accident Insurance for Students Pursuing Education and Research (Gakkensai) and
Liability Insurance Coupled with Gakkensai(Futaibaiseki), please submit a request to the Student Affairs Section by email with the application form attached.
To facilitate smooth administrative processing, please submit your documents electronically. Paper submissions are not required and should not be submitted.

について正課と認められていることなどが条件として決められています
有償のものは適用範囲外ですので、事前に教務学生係へ確認してください

Important: For Internship Purposes
At Nagoya University, insurance coverage under Gakkensai and Futaibaiseki is available only for internships
that meet specific requirements, including being recognized as part of the university's educational curriculum.
Paid internships are generally not covered by these insurance programs.
Therefore, please consult the Student Affairs Section in advance to confirm eligibility.

発行には概ね１週間程度かかります。時間に余裕をもって申請してください。
特に８月は大学の行事、夏季一斉休業等事務室業務を制限させていただく日がありますので
さらに発行に時間がかかります。
８月にインターンシップ参加を予定している方は、できる限り７月中の申請にご協力ください
ますようお願いいたします。
Processing Time
Please note that issuance of the certificate generally takes approximately one week.
We kindly ask that you submit your request well in advance.
In particular, during August, processing may take longer due to university events,
summer administrative closures, and other periods when office operations are limited.
If you plan to participate in an internship during August, we would appreciate your cooperation
in submitting your application by the end of July whenever possible.
